We are actively seeking a Scheduling Admin 
– to join our Insurance team in North Charleston, SC.

Requirements for Scheduling Admin

  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Must have strong background in scheduling within Healthcare
  • 1-3+ years of healthcare experience
  • Strong background working a team and talking with members and providers

Position Purpose Scheduling Admin

  • This position is responsible for performing general administrative and clerical duties, such as attending to visitors and dealing with inquiries on the phone, via email and face to face.
  • Answer telephone, screen and direct calls
  • Take and relay messages
  • Provide general administrative and clerical support
  • Prepare correspondence and documents
  • Receive and sort mail and deliveries
  • Schedule appointments and meetings
  • Maintain Calendar (using outlook)
