Restaurant General Manager Requirements

  • GM MUST OWN YOUR OWN CAR
  • AGM MUST HAVE RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION
  • Drive-thru experience a plus
  • Leadership experience - previous GM at fast casual or Assistant Managers from casual dining
  • Experience in recruiting, hiring and training entry-level team members
  • Motivate teams through high volume
  • Kitchen preparation and execution, catering is a plus for our educational contracts
  • Cost control and inventory

We offer our Restaurant General Managers

  • 5 day - 55 hour work week
  • competitive salary with a bonus

Salary $45,000 - $50,000 DOE
