Charleston’s Premier Property Management firm looking for an A player to join our team as a property manager.

We don’t just manage properties; we work to improve the lives of residents and real estate investors through property management solutions. We are looking for someone to join our team who wants more than just a J-O-B; we want a person looking for purpose in their career and vocation.

The position will be tasked with:

  • Managing a portfolio of single-family homes throughout the Charleston area
  • Resident / Owner relations
  • Oversee and coordinate all property management transactions
  • Attract and educate new tenant
  • Investigate and resolve tenant complaints
  • Update and improve properties to increase return on investment
  • Ensure all work order and repair requests are processed in a timely fashion
  • Coordinating resident move-outs and security deposit returns
  • Enforce property and associations' rules and regulations

Candidate must possess:

  • A very strong moral & ethical foundation - integrity
  • Minimum 3 years experience in property management
  • Current real estate/Property Management license
  • Professional appearance
  • Fun and likable personality
  • High degree of self-confidence tempered by humility
  • Strong attention to detail and organization
  • Strong communication skills and ability to be articulate

Salary:

DOE, health insurance, IRA, PTO
