(GDI) is a Small Business offering a full portfolio of program management and advisory services for strategy development, assessment, evaluation, systems engineering, integration, test, and sustainment.GDI specializes in enterprise analysis and assessment support for C4I programs of national significance including analysis of alternatives, concept development, capability document development, and system performance and specification development.We utilize automated systems and processes to implement industry proven strategies enhancing our project communication, supporting collaborative efforts, promoting best practices implementation, and holding continuous process improvement reviews.GDI's focused insight balances the need for greater defense capability, while optimizing investments in constrained fiscal environments.

GDI is currently searching for a Logistician for our North Charleston, SC office.

This position requires a minimum 3 years' of experience in defense life-cycle (acquisition) logistics support of C4I systems, to include:
logistics management, principles, practices, and processes.

Demonstrated skills for this position include:
Analyzing Engineering/Systems Management Data, Developing Logistics Plans and Procedures, and Developing Logistics Management Plans and Guidelines. Additional years of experience can be substituted for professional certification. Position has physical requirements for the lift, movement, and installation of equipment.

Requirements:

  • Experience in CMPro, CDMD-OA, Q-STAR, and JETDAS databases
  • Experience supporting hardware and software installation, operational support, and life cycle management
  • Experience in developing Life Cycle Sustainment Plans (LCSP) and User’s Logistics Support Summary (ULSS)
  • Professional Logistics Certification (e.g.

    , DAWIA or equivalent logistics training) in Life cycle (Acquisition) Logistics Level I

  • BS degree in a related field
  • Must be US Citizen and have a minimum active SECRET clearance
