Job Description


IT Procurement Agent 
Integrates program, customer, product and in-service strategies into source selection, negotiation and contracting strategies. Negotiates pricing and contract terms and conditions in support of IT software (licensing, maintenance & related services and support). Prepares and executes negotiated contractual documents and binding agreements. Conducts risk, issues and opportunities management. Manages supply and demand, schedules, supplier quality, delivery and financial performance. Manages supplier relationships and communicates performance expectations and metrics to evaluate and monitor supplier performance. Initiates and executes supplier improvement activities and integrates results into contracting strategies.


Computer literate
- Must be able to support all shifts to meet business needs

Preferable Skill set- Prior Manufacturing/Aviation Experience Preferred

Accredited Bachelor's and typically 6 or more years' related work experience, a Master's degree and typically 4 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.


Full-Time/First Shift
7:00 AM - 3:30 PM 


The candidate selected to fill this assignment must successfully pass a credit check performed by the client.

Travel Required - Domestic Travel - Potential for limited ad-hoc travel (~2 trips per year) most likely one trip to Mesa one trip to visit a supplier or attend a supplier meeting/conference.
