Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Review customer and carrier import and export shipping documents
  • Handle all data entry and shipment tracking
  • Assist customer with problems, concerns, and export shipping documents
  • Make export bookings with carriers
  • Prepare and submit export ACE filings
  • Prepare HB, MBL, and truckers BOL as required

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 year(s) experience in international shipping/logistics 
  • Strong Computer and organization skills
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
  • Positive and upbeat attitude
  • Deadline and detail-oriented
  • Self-starter, able to work independently
  • Bilingual in Spanish a plus

Employment Type

  • Fulltime
  • $14-15 hr
  • Monday- Friday 8am to 5pm
