Recruiter - $30,000 plus commission- Charleston, SC

Job Summary:
Workbox Staffing is a staffing and recruiting agency with locations throughout Indiana, Michigan, South Carolina, and Georgia. We go to great lengths to find suitable candidates to fill each role we are responsible for. We are breaking through with those individuals who are eager and confident enough to step into our doors.

Recruiter Job Responsibilities Include:

  • Answering phones, greeting visitors/employees when they come into the office
  • Scanning documents and uploading documents into a database system
  • Calling candidates for various jobs
  • Answering employee questions

Responsibilities and Requirements of the Recruiter:

  • Previous recruiting or human resources experience
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to handle multiple projects with tight deadlines
  • Ability to communicate both in writing and verbally with customers, employees, and staff members
  • Positive outlook and attitude
  • Ability to work into evening hours & occasional weekends
  • Computer literate
  • Associates degree preferred; but not required
  • Valid driver's license required

Required experience:

  • Customer service required
  • Previous recruiting experience preferred
