Construction Trades Recruiter in North Charleston, South Carolina

We are seeking a Construction Trades Recruiter to join our team! You will oversee all aspects of the hiring process for new employees as well as maintain current employees.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of staffing for various construction projects.

• Allocate resources for assigned projects
• Interface with employees'
• Track and maintain personnel files

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in construction staffing or recruiting
• Experience with processing E-Verify, background checks and drug testing
• Familiarity with staffing software
• Strong leadership qualities
• Strong negotiation skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• Pre-Employment background screening and drug testing required
• Valid drivers license and current automobile insurance required

Ideal candidates will have the "gift of gab" and be able to relate to every type of individual. Ideal candidates should be comfortable working unattended while meeting deadlines on a daily basis.
