Imagine One is now hiring a Middleware System Administrator / Subject Matter Expert 5 to support an awarded contract with The Department of Navy, Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center Atlantic (SPAWARSYSCEN Atlantic), N. Charleston, South Carolina. We are hiring professionals who will be a part of a service center for the Collaborative Engineering Tools Services (CETS) production environment with a goal of implementing an engineering tools service to help embed System Engineering (SE) rigor into projects. This will be accomplished through a scalable platform infrastructure while supporting all aspects of the software development/engineering lifecycle.

Requirements are as follows:

Experience Requirements:

  • Must have at least eighteen (18) years of hands-on documentable working experience in the following Information Technology areas:
    • Data Center Hosting and Commercial Cloud Hosting
    • Senior level working experience working in a VM environments
    • System Engineering Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) Tools
    • Service Implementation
    • Information Assurance
  • Documentable and demonstrable working experience with one or more ALM tools during a good portion of the 18 years.
  • Working experience implementing, supporting, and managing IBM Rational Jazz products in a RHEL hosting environment at a system administrator level is preferred. However, other ALM tools (i.e.

    , HP ALM) will be considered

Additional Requirements:

  • Five (5) years of experience demonstrating the ability to plan and lead a technical/engineering team in multiple, diverse engineering disciplines.
  • Extensive working experience designing and implementing a Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) operating system on a VMware server
  • Experience and knowledge interfacing ALM products with an Oracle RDBMS (i.e., Oracle 11g R2, 12c R2). (Specifically, IBM Rational Jazz products would be a plus.)
  • System administration experience supporting the following ALM (Application Lifecycle Management) IBM Rational Jazz Tools products in a RHEL or similar hosting environment; i.e.

    ,:

    • Rational Publishing Engine (RPE)).
    • Rhapsody Model Manager,
    • Ration Quality Manager (RQM),
    • DOORS Next Generation,
    • Rational Team Concert (RTC),
  • Working experience with other ALM tools such as HP ALM tools will be considered. IBM Jazz (Rational) tools are preferred.
  • Experience and/or knowledge supporting the IBM License Key Center
  • Senior level working experience in system design and integration planning for multiple large-scale installations
  • Senior experience in implementing new IT applications and services
  • Working experience with Open LDAP is a plus
  • Working experience writing and supporting RHEL scripts (i.e.

    , startup service scripts, shutdown scripts) is a plus

  • Working experience in Software as a Service (SaaS) design and development


Certification Requirements:

Must meet Information Assurance Technical (IAT) Level II certification criteria specified in DoD 8570-01M which includes:

  • DoD 8570.

    01M Baseline Certificate for IAT Level II:
      Security+ CE, SSCP, CCNA-Security, GSEC, GICSP, CySA+; or IAT Level III (i.e., CISSP (or Associate), CASP CE, CISA)

  • Any Operating System certification (i.e., Oracle; UNIX, Cisco, CCNA; CompTIA Linux+; Windows (i.e.

    , MCSE, MCITP [2008 Server Administrator], MCTS))

Education:

  • Bachelor of Science (BS) Degree required

Security Requirements:

  • U.S. Citizenship required.
  • Candidate must have an active DoD Secret clearance.
