Job Description

Seeking an experienced and professional Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payable Specialist with administrative skills for our growing Property Management Team. We are a North Charleston based company with an increasing portfolio of commercial real estate properties. You must have at least 3 years Accounting, QuickBooks and Excel experience.

-General accounting and administrative support

-Process receipts, post to ledger and update spreadsheets

-Reconcile, process and post invoices; schedule and prepare check runs

-Post financial information to journals, spreadsheets and ledgers

-Assist as needed to perform other related duties and special projects as required

-Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

-Ability to perform entry of numerical detail work with accuracy

Demonstrated ability with QuickBooks, and Excel spreadsheets

Team player that is ready to pitch in on any task needing assistance

-Demonstrate a positive attitude, energy, and professionalism with sound work ethics
